Unfortunately, my experience with this event planner was very disappointing. I scheduled a consultation for my cousin’s baby shower and arrived a few minutes early for our 9:00 a.m. appointment. The planner arrived around 9:05 a.m., and from the moment we walked in, the interaction felt rushed and unwelcoming. There was no introduction, no greeting, and not even a simple “Congratulations” to the expecting mom. Instead, the first thing we were asked was, “What are you wanting?” The showroom was extremely hot, and the entire appointment felt hurried from start to finish. We had already sent inspiration photos ahead of time through Instagram, and she had responded that we would discuss them during the consultation. When we brought them up, she acted as though she didn’t have them, and I had to pull up our messages to show that I had already sent everything. We expected the consultation to include examples or ideas based on the inspiration we provided, but nothing was prepared. Throughout the meeting, she repeatedly interrupted us, asked the same questions multiple times, and seemed unfamiliar with details that an event planner would typically know. We rented a dance floor from AOS for my daughter’s graduation party. What a great experience! You wouldn’t think a dance floor would be that big of a deal…but we’d just gone to a friend’s party and the dance floor they rented from FB marketplace was horrible…it was actually a safety hazard to where they had to take it apart and dance on the grass. So I made sure to rent ours from a reputable company like AOS. I am so glad I found them and can support another local business Iike the one I own. Not only was the dance floor safe, fun and pretty but the team that delivered, installed and picked it up the next day was awesome. So friendly and helpful. I will 100% be using AOS for all my event rentals from now on.

I’ve rented tables, chairs, umbrellas, marquee lights, and more from them, and everything has always been top quality with efficient customer service. When I saw the weather forecast for my event, Liz was quick to assist with a last-minute request for additional umbrellas. I truly appreciate having them as my one-stop shop for party rentals.

We used AOS for our wedding rentals and they were great. Communication was fast and clear and anytime we had a question or needed to make a change, they responded quickly and were very accommodating. They also made sure everything we ordered was accounted for and delivered correctly. On top of that, their pricing was very fair compared to other rental companies we looked at. Overall, AOS was reliable, organized, and easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone planning a wedding or event!

We have rented from AOS for several occasions now and the service every time has been exceptional in every way. As always some last minute changes occur for events, but Liz has a fast response time and is able to work with you for any last minute changes. Drop off and pick up has always easy and quick. They really know how to give you a stress free experience. I only rent from AOS.
